  A tad grubby but good old local gym with a cheap entry fee (only RP4,000)!

  It's a simple/basic gym, that has plenty of machines. Mainly upper body machines and a couple of dumbells. Don't expect any western style gym. It's only 3,000 Rp (which is like €0.20!!). It was crazy busy with locals, but had a great atmosphere. No AC or proper fans, so it is HOT! Also, opening hours seem to be a bit sporadic, it was closed in early afternoon, and then open again, then closing from 6-7 etc, so be prepared. Though this is probably common in many parts of Asia with prayers etc. I think I was speaking to the owner and a few other guys, and they were all really friendly and welcoming. They also sell servings of ON BCAAs (2,500) and creatine too. Really enjoyed my workout here!

  lokal gym. its only 3000. they sell water, aminos, eggs and fat burner. friendly staff. if you think its western standart then search anotherone. i liked it.

  Not expensive (3000 rp), big parking area for motorbikes, indonesian style (old machines)
