  One stop studio for you to get healthier! Yoga, pilates reformer, booth-camp and more. Foreigner friendly ( instruction can be given in english, mandarin or Japanese ) Wide range of ages from kids to elder they have all the class , not to mention they really beginner friendly ( yoga class available ) . I start from nothing , barely hear & know anything about yoga. Now I enjoy it.

  Namaha is one of the place i felt like home, my go to everyday. Plenty of yoga classes from beginner to advanced, Fly High Yoga, and the newest one is Aerial Hammock which the most fun of all. If you’re in Lombok, I would highly recommend you to try one of their classes, it is genuinely a great place, with great staff and wonderful community.

  Went for Pilates class and teacher Indra was very patient and fun. Even helped me to bring my lost and found item to me. The price is very reasonable and effective training. Can see everyone enjoying the class. Hope to be back again !

  Me and my friend went to a reformer Pilates class with Indra and we had a great experience! First of all it is a really nice and clean place, with very new equipment. Second of all Indra is the sweetest en funniest instructor. My friend had a little injury from a couple of weeks agoog so she always adjusted the exercises for her if needed. Also when I asked information about the exercises she was happy to explain. And she makes a joke here and there what makes it really nice and personal. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely come here again. Price: 290.000 for 1 class
