  This place is best for BKS Iyengar Yoga Style and with other different yoga knowledge and teachers from S-VYASA Yoga school, Hatha Yoga School, Mind Body Shala, etc. Best for beginners, internmediate and advance in yoga, pranayama, kriya, meditation, Bhajans/keertans, etc.

  They have the best yoga instructor in town. Place is not too comfortable but still decent. Their instructors will direct and correct every move you make, which is very good for beginner like myself. I feel very welcome as a family.

  Best yoga place i’ve ever been so far. The instructors will fix and watch every single movement you make. So don’t worry if you’re still a beginner. Also, for those who suffer from scoliosis it’s the right place for you.
