  From the USA and visited the gym during my stay in Medan. Pane was so welcoming and kind! She was able to give me a 3 day pass. I used the gym morning, afternoon, and evening during my stay. Evening was definitely the most crowded; the rest of the day the gym was nearly empty giving me free reign of the equipment. Lots of classes and space including separate aerobics room, yoga room, Pilates room, and spin room! Separate sex sauna rooms as well. Locked rooms equipped with soap, hair dryers and seating with mirrors. Would recommend!

  Since the price isn't on their site and their WhatsApp link doesn't work, I figured I'd leave a review to save other travelers time. It's 200K IDR for a day pass, which is very high by Indonesian standards. I just took a Grab to Spartan gym instead after I heard that.

  A great community of exercise enthusiast. Its best to come during the hours between 7am - 2pm at the place is the least crowded for u to enjoy most of the equipment. However some of the machines do need repair.
