  We had a wonderful stay at Gumi Ayu ecostay, From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such kindness and warmth. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made us feel comfortable right away. The hotel itself was lovely, clean, and well maintained, but what truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Also, the restaurant is amazing and the view😍😍😍 Thank you so much for your genuine kindness and for making us feel so welcome. We left with great memories and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  If you’re lucky enough to travel to Munduk when the sun’s out, the views are incredible - right through to Java. ||The mountains are often clouded in, so we counted ourselves exceptionally lucky for the three days we stayed at this lovely spot. ||Mountainous in Bali most often translates to many stairs and that’s certainly the case at Gumi Ayu. The loveliest, most rustic rooms are the furthest down, but it’s worth the trip up and down. ||A friend stayed in “Pineapple” and it was gorgeous with an outdoor bath and large hammock attached to the side of the villa for some jungle relaxation. ||My room, “Jackfruit” was more modern but still had a lovely balcony and wasn’t quite the hike up to the restaurant and reception. ||The hotel has a spa with a range of treatments and packages. ||The restaurant has a great selection and everything we tried was delicious. Loved the jackfruit wrap and make sure you try the strawberry and pineapple jams. ||The staff were super friendly and couldn’t hav

  Great place to stay in Munduk- we had the pineapple room which faces the waterfall and within the forest, it was really amazing to just stay and chill there. Excellent service and extremely accommodating staff especially Lilik and team- they made the entire experience so memorable and arranged everything for us like a car and scooter. Whatsapp responses were instant and fast. The only feedback I have is that the laundry detergent smell was strong, on the bedding especially and it disrupted my sleep- also the sink in the toilet was leaking slightly. But otherwise for the cost, the stay was close to perfect and highly recommend this stay to all in Munduk.

  Such a pleasure to stay at Gumi Ayu EcoStay during our girls trip. So worth the drive, about 2.5 hours from Ubud to stay in the beautiful part of Bali. Resort team were exceptional knew us all by name, always smiling and quick to assist. They helped us book drivers for waterfall visits and transfer. Spa was so peasful and relaxing massage. We also did their cooking class hosed by Chef very hands on great explanations of steps and ingredients bonus delicious dinner when we completed the cooking of 5 different traditional dishes. The whole resort stay was beautiful and rooms like staying in a tree house! Lots of wildlife to spot from the restaurant with moutian views in the clouds.
