  What a calm and restorative space. I attended a Yin yoga class which was just perfect for a relaxing but equally energising start to the day. Beautiful setting on the beach front overlooking the ocean. All equipment was provided and in pristine condition. The class was led in an informative and gentle style with various options given for each pose. In addition you are offered 20% off any spa treatments, the spa is again calm, stylish and relaxing with lots of attention to detail. We took the couples ocean package which was amazing, probably one of the best massages we’ve experienced ( and we’ve done a fair few!). Would return without hesitation for both a yoga class and spa treatment. Thank you to the whole Jyoti team for creating a wonderful peaceful experience.

  Awesome yoga space on the beach front - views amazing and sounds of waves and birds as you practice 🙏 is so calming. Instructor was great - explained poses and made adjustments for me due to k we injury and age 👍Would recommend for sure 😍
