Per may 2026: The gym is overall decent, but a bit overpriced for what you actually get. There is two sides of the gym. The picture is just from the one side. On the positive side, they have a small pool, sauna, and cold bath, which is a nice addition for the price. However, you can’t opt out of these facilities and pay less, so if you’re only interested in using the gym, it’s not ideal. The equipment is quite new and there’s a good variety, so aside from the lack of proper treadmills, you can still get a solid workout here—just be prepared to get really sweaty. That said, for 150K per entry or 500K per week (which is more expensive than other gyms we’ve been to), there are some clear downsides. There’s no air conditioning—only fans that work poorly. You have to bring your own towel or pay 50K to rent one, and you’re only allowed to refill your water bottle once. Service is also a bit lacking. There are usually several employees at reception, often on their phones. I once asked if

I absolutely love this gym & hangout space. I planned to stay for just one week on this island, but because of this place and the incredible view & ocean infront of it - I extended my stay to a full month and I’m even considering relocating here with all my Bali friends. The gym itself is fantastic. The atmosphere, the location, the view, the equipment, the sauna – it really has everything to become a true wellness hub & happy place for all the people on the island. I also love the sauna in the morning or in the evening. When it’s quiet or with very calm, soft music, it’s pure magic. I just want to listen to the sound of the ocean, healing frequencies, or enjoy complete silence. Sadly most of the time the music is a bit too loud and doesn’t match the peaceful vibe of this place (during the day & in the evening). I prefer no music especially when we have the sound of ocean infront of us which is why we all come here & choose this gym. Its an escape from busy & loud & overstimulating B

I thought overall it was a very good gym. Plenty of machines, a cable set, multiple benches and free weights. Also cardio machines towards the front looking out over the sea. I’d seen a few reviews saying the sauna wasn’t very hot but I disagree. I thought it was very hot, was pumping sweat in it. 150k for a day entry. More expensive than what I’ve seen in Asia but overall not the worst. Would go again 👍

New gym on the island.. plenty of good new equipment. It's upstairs overlooking the ocean. Also has a sauna that has a great view overlooking the ocean. Plunge pool is great as well. Really well priced compared to other venues I have trained at on the island. They do day passes as well which is great if you are not staying there. Well worth a look if you are a gym person.
