Highly recommend Yoga Bliss! I attended drop in yoga almost everyday of my 5 week stay in Lembongan. They have a nice outdoor undercover yoga shala, 2 classes a day and workshops, very reasonably priced. Diane and Justine are excellent instructors. I especially enjoyed yin-mediation. Very relaxing and healing. I can't wait to come back. If your go there please say hi to Jamu and Moki for me.

I joined the Vinyasa yoga class at this studio, whilst the price was reasonable, the class was disappointing. The male teacher didn't participate in the class, only dictated the movements, joking about the heat. The shala itself was too hot, making it feel more like hot yoga than vinyasa. Increasing the air circulation would have improved the situation.

I completed the 200hr YTT with Justine and Gwen and it surpassed every expectation I had. The training itself was so informative, both practical and theoretical and I truly feel ready and prepared to be a yoga teacher. Justine and Gwen took the time to adapt their approach to get the most out of our group but also us as individuals, they created a space where we felt we could share our thoughts and truly be heard, this came with some incredibly interesting conversations as well as reflections. I have become significantly stronger since completing the course (thanks to the ashtanga) as well as built a beautiful group of friends and returned to 'real life' with deep reflections on what I want and how I want to show up in the world. The YTT was truly transformative for all the right reasons, thank you yoga bliss for an unimaginable experience!

I was rather disappointed with my experience at Yoga Bliss in Nusa Lembongan. I’ve attended around 500 yoga classes across Bali, and this was honestly one of the worst. The whole atmosphere felt off. There were no hands on adjustments, even when people were clearly misaligned, which is something I expect as a basic standard in a yoga class. Also the verbal cues were lacking. The flow itself didn’t make much sense and felt poorly structured. The space (shala) is actually quite nice and has potential, but unfortunately the yoga mats were incredibly smelly, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this class.
