  after trying the one at the central branch, they finally opened a second branch in Demang which is quite close to home, which is nice. ♡ the atmosphere is also comfortable like taking a private class coupled with soothing music, making it even more enthusiastic to do pilates. the variety of classes is also many so you can choose which one you want to try, the trainers are also friendly. safe for beginners because the trainer will guide you. highly recommended. 💖

  Nice place, easy-to-reach location. The coach is also nice and really understand my condition. Just let the coach know your condition, and she will adjust the weight/intensity. Very recommended place for Pilates in Palembang.
