  Took member of 10x session and the class itself was so enjoyable, but their staff has no problem-solving skills which resulting in customer burnout. Initially i tried aerial hammock and the instructor offered access to learn by myself after the session ends. Then next week the admin seems like chase me away by saying if i wanna practice i can rent the studio (but the price without any tools). So i asked how much it would with hammock right? They said i can just take private or specialized class Wth then they offer me to rent the studio at first? Their staff also never sent confirmations or reminders before the class start like other places do. Instead, they sent a chat after class to check if I was coming. The point is, the class had already started; if they wanted a reminder, it would have been before the session. So i missed 1 session and no tolerance about it. Well i know eventho its my fault lol
