  As someone traveling through Pekanbaru, I couldn’t have asked for a better gym experience! From the moment I messaged them on WhatsApp, the staff went above and beyond, they responded instantly. (Quick tip: If Grab can’t find the gym, search for ‘Wareong Steak & Shake’, it’s just a short walk) But what truly made my visit special was the welcoming atmosphere. The staff noticed I was struggling with an almost dead phone after my flight (my charger didn’t fit Indonesian outlets!) and immediately lent me one, no questions asked. And the members? Unbelievably friendly! I ended up chatting with a few people between sets, and they even gave me local tips for exploring Pekanbaru. It felt like working out with friends, not strangers. What really stood out? The genuine warmth here + it’s a level of hospitality I haven’t experienced in other gyms during my travels. Thank you for making me feel so welcome. I’ll absolutely be back!
