This beautiful property has all the latest contouring machines - I received a package of 3 combination treatments for muscle tightening, lymphatic drainage and fat breakdown/ collagen regeneration that resulted in a 2.5cm reduction in my belly area.   I had the honour to try out a customized treatment for skin tightening and cellulite reduction by getting wood therapy, Led light therapy combined with HIFEM body sculpting at the wonderful Ari Wellness Retreat. I was very excited about trying a complete new way of treatment because working out and eating healthy for years did not bring the results I was hoping for and after I did a decent research, LED light therapy and Body sculpting really resonated with me because their effects are easily explained scientifically and the way they work seems very logical to me. As I am suffering from severe cellulite on my thighs and bum, I was asking for the best combination of treatments and the therapists at Ari Wellness Retreat drew up a detailed treatment plan for me, which included 30 minutes body sculpting, followed by 15 min Light therapy and a wood massage on both legs. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the staff were warm, attentive, and very professional. Ari Wellness was a great way to start my journey around Bali. I left feeling refreshed and balanced!
