Just pure disappointment. If you want a case study of the most unprofessional customer service for members who train with PT, star gym (now they claim their group as ProFit) is the perfect case study for it. Facilities wise, star gym is okay. But how the management team treated their PT, and how the management team handled the members who do PT sessions, are just perfectly unprofessional.
