  Remarkable and awesome GYM!!! I love the weights of the dumble, barbells, and machines that 100% effectively could hit my muscle with a great pain, so I might gotta gain well. All the people are friendly, so no worries to clear out your confusion with the trainer/experts overthere. Thank you Alvaro Gym!!!

  There's nothing fancy in this gym, they got the minimal amount of cardio, some toilets, but apart from that it's just all the equipment; is hardcore and functional. They have a lot of muscle Strength,and dumbbells up to 31 kg. That's what people come therr for: serious training, image and atmosphere.

  Best GYM in Pontianak city, the owner was very low profile and other member was very friendly, the tools was perfectly great for using and has very affordable membership per month, enjoying this place so much.

  Some gyms say that they are hardcore but the equipment is falling apart, personally I don't believe that is hardcore. And alvaro gym is really hardcore!!!
