  One of the best gyms in Pontianak! The facilities and accommodations are excellent, and the environment is very comfortable for getting a great workout. Highly recommended and absolutely worth it. The hospitality and customer service are also outstanding. If you’re looking for a coach to accompany your membership, I can’t recommend Coach Ignatius Dedy enough as a personal trainer. I trained with him for a while early in my membership, and he helped me tremendously. He is very professional, patient, and great at teaching proper techniques and correct workout form. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to maximize each training session and work effectively toward my body goals. Truly an excellent coach!
