  Edit, 15 minutes just as I left the place the supervisor went to us and apologize, and gave our tickets back. Great problem solving, just gave us our trust back. Thank you... Very unpleasant and bad experience in the Wild West game center (3rd floor). This happened Dec 16th around 10500am. It was the first time we went here, and accidentally my child put in the tickets without swiping the card. Then there was an error, and the staff came and saw that there was 536 tickets went in, but was not going into the card. She said because we didn't swipe the card first then the 536 tickets are gone. I told her, you saw it yourself we already put in 536 tickets, why can it be gone. She said she will tell the supervisor first. But again the supervisor also said, the tickets are gone. 536 tickets maybe just can be converted into Rp.10.000 gift, while I spent Rp150.000 buying credits there. Why are they so rude and cruel and just thinking about profits??? Worst ever experience in Probolinggo. Tour

  I thinks this is the small-complete supermarket. You can shop, and also doing fitness. Love it! I do my routine gym , were named Body Builder Gym. This place is my fam's favorite place for shopping.

  It's more than 20years we keep shopping in this place for monthly needed. But after what happened today, it's quiet pissing me. Like, how the hell your cashier keeps talking to each others? I mean like. Bruh, your customer not a big deal if they didn't spent a lot of money ? So you can keep yapping each other while ignoring your customer right in front of you ? If you wanna keep yapping each other, at least do it while there's no customer. Or you can do multitask, yapping each other and your hands keeps moving scan the things. But it is not, come on man sheeshh
