You won’t find a more correct workout, than in a BASI studio! Andini is so sweet and knowledgeable! She knows how to get the most out of you during your session, and also knows how to accommodate if you have any prior ailments. I see improvements in myself with each session and she’s always down to show me more advanced movements on different pieces of equipment. Top-tier 1-on-1 sessions. The pace is slow and controlled, which ensures you are using the correct muscles with the proper form for each exercise. By the end, I’m usually shaking which is just how I like it. I feel so much more flexible and strong! Big bonus that I don’t get burnt out or bored of the workouts, like I do when weight-lifting. It’s so easy to stay motivated to come to each class.

I’m currently doing my BASI training at this studio and overall I’ve had a really good experience here. The space feels nice and easy to be in, and the team has always been kind and helpful. It’s a place I actually enjoy coming to, which matters a lot when you’re spending so many hours there Grateful I ended up choosing this studio for my training 🫶

Chanced upon this studio when I was looking for a private pilates place. The studio is spacious with beautiful natural lighting. I must say, 1 hour is not enough!! I would come back again if I’m visiting Bali!!! I have even introduced to my friends about this Studio. Even though it's located around Sanur/Denpasar, I will be willing to travel to her studio. I have found my favourite pilates studio in Bali :)

The teacher was very authoritarian, and I felt very uncomfortable. I mentioned the pain several times, but she forgot each time and touched my sore finger, which I've been treating for about a year. Now there's a bruise there from when she roughly held my finger while holding my legs. I understand, of course, it's just a matter of habit, but after I repeated it several times, her attitude was so arrogant.
