  Loved my session at Energy Gym. Quiet, friendly and easy. If you need a session with no fuss or hassle this is ideal. Focus on your work out. Don’t go expecting bells and whistles. It’s nuts and bolts. One review said you feel like Rocky after a work out here. Spot on. It’s not a mint condition gym by any means but a great vibe when travelling through Sanur. I’m going back tomorrow.

  Very cheap for a day pass and not a bad range of equipment. However, gym was unbearably hot to the point of being unusable. Very difficult to train anywhere near to failure with the heat and made me feel quite dizzy and nauseous. Would not recommend this gym to tourists.

  Great if you love working out don’t mind old school gym. Super quiet, just focus. Not all machines are in best condition but amazing price value. I got a one month membership for 250k!!! That’s usually a day pass value for most gyms. Friendly staff, good vibe, motivational

  Went there daily for the week we stayed in Sanur. No frills, no AC just get to work type gym. Many machines and weights so no waiting for equipment. Everyone there was friendly and focused on lifting. 30k per day so good value.
