Small but enough for our needs and comes with AC and shower. Not too busy in the middle of the day. All the equipment works and weights are usually returned to the rack. Frequented by the locals. Seems well maintained by the staff. Cheaper than all the other fancy gyms in the area. At this time, we paid IDR50k for a day pass.

An affordable gym located conveniently in the heart of Sanur. While you'd not find luxury here, the equipments (while slightly dated) are adequate for a good workout. There is a shower cubicle bit you'd need to bring along your own gym & shower towel. They offer day pass for IDR 50k, much lower than boutique gyms in the area. Highly recommended if you're looking for a simple gym in the area.

Five stars for value and five stars for service. I looked at a couple of fitness centers in the area and while this is small it has all that you need to get you through your vacation at a very affordable price. One place I checked out in the Hardee's Shopping Center was effectively for Content creators who wanted to be fashionable at four times the price and the staff effectively could not get rid of me quicker. As I mentioned it is not the same as centers in your home country but will definitely do to get you through your vacation so I would highly recommend it and even a lot of expats and locals use it as their preferred workout spot

VERY affordable. I would recomment bringing lifting straps -- not only forth things like pull ups and pull downs but even for the bench press as well because when it's hot, things can get a little slippery. They are a little lacking in equipment. For example, if you want to squat, you are going to have to do so in one of the two smith machines. Also because it is small, it can get a bit crowded when it gets busy. The staff is wonderful and as I said, the price cannot be beat. Highly Recommended!
