It’s my second year to train at CrossFit Seminyak, and I just had to leave a review—this place is awesome. It's the real deal: a super professional box with everything you could want. They've got all the gear, plus amazing extras like open gym time, a sauna to unwind in, and an ice bath for the brave. But what really makes it is the people. Coach Felipe is the best. Super patient and knowledgeable, he never makes you feel rushed or lost. He breaks things down for newbies and tweaks workouts for the regulars, so everyone gets a great session at their own level. Honestly, the whole vibe is great. They're not plastered all over Instagram trying to be trendy, which I love. It's just a legit, friendly spot for good training. Found it by word of mouth and so glad I did. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in Bali! 非常纯粹的Box,设施与staff都非常好,价格也很合理。推荐推荐

The worst gym in Bali for THIS price! 225000 from foreigners for what?? Ok, I understand it's in the open air,no AC that's why. Could you at least make a proper ventilation?? There are NO changing rooms (just showers) and no lockers! Machines are old and not convenient to use. Very disappointing experience. Staff doesn't speak proper English. Honestly, it's so bad that I want my money back. This gym is worth 100-150 MAX, definitely not more.

Great open air concept, kept so clean, and they have a recovery area with a cold plug and sauna. The music was good during open gym, the weights and equipment was really organized and for an outdoor gym felt very kept up and new. Plenty of space for the classes, didn’t actually take one, just did open gym. The bathrooms were decent, clean, nothing special with outdoor sink. They also had a smoothing bar for post workout recovery.

Very disappointed with my experience. The front reception was extremely rude, and at no point was I informed that a 3-day pass had to be used on three consecutive days. When I asked to speak with someone who owned or managed the gym, the staff refused outright. As someone who has a villa in Bali and visits around 10 times a year, I was genuinely hoping to find a regular gym — but this definitely won’t be it. The gym is hot, the equipment is old, it smells mouldy, and it is highly overpriced for what you get. Absolutely would not recommend.
