  Great gym! New equipment and very clean. Also great prices compared to other not so well maintained gyms. Great inferred sauna and ice bath. Enjoyed jumping in both after my weight workouts for muscle recovery. The staff were also all so friendly and kind. Will be back next time I visit seminyak.

  One of the best gyms I have ever been to! The staff are so amazing and friendly. The sauna, ice bath and gym is always clean and the music is great ! Highly recommend and will be coming back again !

  Great gym, equipment so nice and sauna and ice bath was a hit. Maybe go half scoop on the pre workout. That stuff strong. Coffee and smoothies very good

  My brother and I attended today, we were warmly greeted upon arrival by a kind gentleman. We were provided a tour first to show the value of the facility and it was incredible. The gym is new, clean and very tidy. We were able to enjoy a great workout on new machines.
