Extensive facilities, a very central location and a fair price considering what's on offer. I'd highly recommend it. Gym classes are plentiful and varied. The gym itself is extensive and has almost everything you might want. There is a spin cycle room for the masochists. A bit open air pool with a pool bar and F&B service. A spa and wellness area. It's easy to park a car or bike. The staff are lovely and you can freeze your memberships. I would have trouble finding a complaint, the only improvement might be a hotter sauna.

Really enjoying training at Soham. Great facilities, friendly staff and a huge half Olympic-size pool, so if you’re a swimmer like me you’ll love it. The members also tend to be a bit older, more mature and much more respectful on the machines compared to what you often find in Canggu. The gym is well equipped, there are classes daily, plus a spa and restaurant onsite which makes it super convenient. Good value for money and highly recommend.

I joined Soham for a month while on holidays in Bali. It is modern and clean and friendly. The 25m pool was great for laps (and lounging). The gym equipment was great. Hot/cold plunge pools too. Highly recommend Cathay place

I visited Soham Wellness Center yesterday and was genuinely impressed. I didn’t expect the wellness area to be so beautiful and well-designed, it has a really calming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind. The gym itself is also surprisingly spacious, which makes a big difference. It never felt crowded, and the layout makes everything feel more comfortable and accessible. Overall, the space feels very welcoming and friendly, whether you’re there to work out or just enjoy the wellness facilities. Definitely a great spot in Seminyak if you’re looking for a place that combines fitness and relaxation.
