  From the moment we booked, the service was exceptional. Any questions we had were answered promptly, making the whole process smooth and reassuring. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Anom, who directed us to the warung while our luggage was taken to our room. We were then greeted by Wayan with a refreshing welcome drink before Ketut showed us to our deluxe villa, taking the time to explain everything and give us a tour. From that moment on, the attention to detail and genuine care made us feel completely at home. What really stood out was how personal the service was. Every member of the team greeted us enthusiastically by name, asked about our day, and took a genuine interest in what we'd been doing. It never felt forced. Breakfast had to be pre-ordered the evening before and was enjoyed with stunning mountain views.   The most beautiful property is cepik villa. we stayed for 1 night and we were absolutely happy and satisfied with the facilities we got. the location and view is absolutely perfect. The staff is so polite and humble. They would help you in any possible way. i would definitely recommend this to family friends and specially couple travellers

  Sunrise suite was lovely. Really spacious, good bed, lovely bath. Quiet atmosphere. Staff fantastic. Breakfast had a good selection. Only suggestion would be to refurbish the restaurant, as it has a lovely outlook but is looking a little tired.

  I loved this place !! From the moment we got there, we were welcomed with a hibiscus drink that tasted amazingggg. The view from our room was beautiful and they even carried our bags to and from the room for us!! Additionally, we enjoyed a massage/ facial on one of the days which was exceptional. Rooms: Hugeeee, I went with my mom and there was plenty of space. It has nice cultural imagery. The bathroom was also big and nice. You definitely cannot say there's not enough space! Service: 10/10 from everyone. WIth a few special mentions to Anom, Wayan, Ketut and Dwipa. They treated us very kindly and we enjoyed the tours that were offered to us. Friendly faces and experiences made our trip better! Food: The best I have tasted in Bali so far. My favourite was the Balinese pastries and the mie goreng for breakfast. It was nice to have fresh fruit and coffee/ tea as well. This was a great introduction to Balinese food, so complients to the chef. Nice to know as well that the locals are bei
