    Great gym, and it's huge! 10k per session. Good selection of different equipment and dumbbells in different sections of the gym. Explore around! Water and drinks for a good price and the protein brownie for 10k is great, 21g of protein, 100g and 250kcal, not too sweet, bit on a dry side but I actually prefer it like that rather than oily. If you're in the area and want to get some gym time, I highly recommend this place!

    Great gym. 10k one day session Water from fridge(1,5l) 5k No air con but it is ok - have great amount of good ventilators Seems smaller in pictures. 4 smith machines 2 squat racks 2 bench press stations I think 4 stations for cable cross 2 leg presses Plenty of other machines Only missing heavier dumbells (max 27.5kg set) We went there when outside it was 32C and according to google felt like 38C but still managed to have 2 proper sessions. Lady at counter speaks good English Open 5am - 9 pm

    This gonna be my favorite gym all around singaraja, plenty machine and they started new building coming up . They have girl's gym only which is amazing, just a bit too crowded if you go by evening or weekend try to maximize your timing!

    Fantastic gym with a wide selection of equipment. The entry fee is also very cheap; only around 10k IDR for a day pass. In the reception area, you can also buy creatine, pre-workout, shaker bottles, cold drinks etc. Plenty of space for parking, an upstairs women-only gym, and a convenience store just over the road. The only downside that comes to mind is the lack of air conditioning. Whilst the gym is quite large and fitted with fans, I would still avoid attending in the middle of the day as it still gets pretty hot inside. The temperature is far more comfortable in the evening, although the gym is usually far busier. The cardio equipment is also quite lacking, consisting of just a treadmill and a couple of exercise bikes, but the gym definitely makes up for it with a respectable range of resistance machines.
