  My experience training here has been great so far! The prices are very affordable, but the service is top-notch. The staff is amazing the CS team is friendly, the coaches are helpful and easy to talk to, and the fitness consultants provide really informative sessions (Specialy Heru). Most importantly, the cleanliness is well maintained; the toilets are always fresh and clean. It's the perfect spot if you're looking for a professional yet comfortable place to work out

  The equipment is always clean and well maintained. The staff is super friendly, and there’s a great positive vibe that motivates you to work out. Very beginner-friendly, highly recommended!

  First time I visited this club. My expectation is the equipment quality, toilet cleanliness, and club space to be same as my home club in Cikarang, but it is far from what I expected. The club space is quite tight between equipment. I also found some cover is missing to adjust the seat in lat pulldown. The equipment seems like not maintained well. Sometimes I felt the cable having some noise and a little bit hard when I use to pull the cable. The toilet a little bit clean but sometimes it has some smell from drainage. I think FitHub Gading Serpong could be more concern on maintenance & cleanliness of the club

  By far the most crowded branch I’ve visited, and unfortunately, it’s not an experience I’d want to repeat. 🏋️‍♂️🙃 [+] Consistent with Fit Hub standards for cleanliness and service, maintaining a decent baseline experience. [+] Convenient location with an attractive exterior that initially seems spacious. [-] The gym is deceptively small inside, with the first floor limited to treadmills and small equipment, the second floor reserved for classes, and the third floor cramped with closely packed machines. [-] Limited space makes using certain equipment uncomfortable, such as adjusting plates without bumping into other machine. [-] The crowd worsens the experience, with groups of members lingering at machines to chat, creating a noisy and congested environment. [-] Lack of waiting areas or sufficient room to navigate between equipment adds to the chaos.
