    Spacious and large new gym. Equipments are brand new and way more complete than their Ciputat branch. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Bathroom & locker room also large and clean. Parking could be tricky during peak hours. Update: they just extended the parking lot in the back. So, you don't have to worry if you bring car in peak hours.

    I wish I could give a higher rating. The facilities are great, but unfortunately, I’ve had a frustrating experience with how my maternity leave case was handled. The process has been unnecessarily complicated and confusing. Despite it being clear that the communication errors came from their side - resulting in a loss of both time and money for me, management refuses to take responsibility. They claim there’s nothing they can do about what has already happened (e.g., what’s already set in the system cannot be fixed although the communication error came from them, etc). Disappointing and irresponsible. I also spoke with another member who shared similar concerns, as she too encountered problems due to human error and an inflexible system. I was previously a member at another mega gym, where the services and professionalism were far better. Sadly, won’t recommend this to any of my friends.
