  Currently my shala for every Saturday morning practice! If you’re new or just happened interested in yoga, such a morning person, please do attend Vinyasa for Beginner class with Kak Garini, every Saturday 7AM sharp! She’s attentive, caring, giving extra relaxing essentials oil rub by the end of the class. The studio ambiance is warm, welcoming, not intimidating for the beginners. They provide mat from The Minimalist Yogi in limited quantity and props for practice, water dispenser to refill your tumbler, or paid refreshment from their fridge. Shower rooms are available but towel is rented. They don’t provide private locker anyway. Strategic location, surrounded by cafes in Plaza Bisnis Kemang area. Drop in for yoga only Rp150,000. Sometimes they do promotion for the class fee.

  A new studio in South Jakarta offering both yoga and Pilates (reformer & mat). The ambience is quite quiet, even though it’s located in an older building, it still feels comfortable and modern. There are several shower rooms available, and the waiting area is also very comfortable.

  Brand new yoga, pilates, & strength studio in Kemang, specifically Plaza Bisnis Kemang, Gedung 2. Love the ambience, super spacious main studio as well💛. They also have We're Not Really Strangers card game!!

  Love the studio ambience, I really like the huge lampion that make the studio looks really aesthetic, this place is clean and comfortable :)
