    This is what I call the real yoga. If you want to really learn and understand yoga, this is the place. You will be taught the correct technique in each movement and on how to control your muscle you never knew you had. Unlike any other commercial yoga class, in here, the class don't have too many student and so the teacher is able to monitor every student.
