  As a current member of the gym and having to consider to renew my membership soon, i decided to not renew it anymore. Prices tripled for the 15 month offer, class passes is the price of semi private classes elsewhere. Before they moved to the new location, a hyrox session max capacity is at 12 people with 2 trainers, now they allow double the amount of people attending for max capacity at a bigger space with only one instructor. They didnt consider the amount of instruments in the room takes up space. I attended a class with 12 people, the space felt tight. One instructor is not enough to oversee the hyrox sessions as there are heavy weights involved and people moving to different stations. This experience downgraded for sure and not worth the price increase The boxing class is also now a HIIT format and not a boxing training regime. It doesnt match the goals that i want in my boxing training anymore. Even though everything is new, the prices are too high. Existing members that held

  this is the most comfortable gym for me, i ve been training here with my husband for a year. they are really monitoring on our progress and meeting our needs and specific goals, that is what keeping us coming here consistently .

  Came for the workouts and stayed for the community! The gym’s got a full range of equipment for all my strength needs and they’re HYROX certified too! Most importantly, though, the coaches and staff really go the extra mile to support your fitness goals and bring out the best athlete in you.
