The first yoga shala in Surabaya that provides Mysore program. Whether you want to explore the traditional Ashtanga yoga and Mysore style or are a seasoned practitioner, this place is definitely a go-to place in town. The shala is spacious. Miss Koming, who teaches Mysore class is very accommodating in giving hands-on adjustment and walking through the step-by-step to execute intricate asanas. Hopefully they can add more schedules for daily Mysore style in the future.
