If you are looking for serious yoga to help your health problems, this is the right place for you. I was forced by my wife to join due my neck and heart problem, and after several class session i got better . They have two teachers, woman and man, man at 7 night which is suit for me, so i can join after work . Clean place, very clean bathroom which is important for me, and great yoga teachers . Recomended 👍👍👍
