  Place was spacious, clean, comfortable and nice I tried their yoga and their yoga studio was nice and they have multiple AC (maybe 2 or more, not sure) so it makes their yoga studio not hot and super comfortable They have membership or you can also pay IDR 150k/session for their yoga class. You can get mineral water and some drinks (e.g mineral water for IDR 7k/bottle) and even food from the 1st floor

  Absolutely my fav gym so far! Private, clean and complete. My personal trainer is Coach Budi, an absolute super star.

  I've done taekwondo there since 2022. Staff is so nice and polite and the drinks are delicious with so much gym equipment and studios for exercising.
