Just attended a Gentle Yoga class with Yudhi. If you are after authentic, and intimate yoga experience, in a beautiful studio set in the jungle canopy then this place is for you. (If however you are after posing and taking photos for instagram rather than practicing then you are at the wrong place. Thankfully no photos or videos allowed in class 🙏🙏🙏 ). The class was so relaxing, Yudhi is on hand to guide on postures, and the asana at the end is beautiful. We also received a surprise at the end which was very much appreciated 🥰 I will definitely be returning! I recommend going to Yellow Flower Cafe next door afterwards too for food and refreshments.

Had a morning flow started at 7am. Anu’s guide was great. When you finish the morning flow, you probably would see a woman selling drinks. I had a yellow one with tumic, ginger, coconut water, no sugar. it’s organic and tastes good. If you come across please kindly support her small business, only costs 25k per bottle.

This is definitely the yoga studio I would recommend in Ubud. Especially Udhy's class (even though it's really early), his yoga movements and breathing are so clearly guided. A good teacher conveys kindness, which is clearly felt through yoga. I even cried in the end. Yoga isn't just about postures; the important thing is to bring it back into your daily life and let it continue to accompany you.

A must-visit if you’re in Ubud! I’m a total beginner, usually, I’m just lifting weights at the gym, but I realized my body was getting way too stiff. I started coming here to balance things out with some flexibility and core work. The class with Ka Nina was wonderful. She is very kind and patient with beginners, making you feel comfortable right away. Plus, if you’re Indonesian, the IDR 65k ($4) local price is such a great deal. I LOVE THE STUDIO! It’s on the 2nd floor surrounded by greenery, trees and mountain views. Doing yoga while hearing the birds and feeling the wind blow through the room made me feel so calm and relaxed. It is a bit of a walk from the main road and involves some stairs, but it’s worth it for the peace and quiet (let's call it a warm up before the session begins haha(. 10/10 experience, I won't get bored of coming back here!
