60k for day pass, this gym is absolute steal compared to other gyms in the area and their prices. Two floors, well equipped with plenty of machines including multiple platforms for deadlift/squats. The downside is the shower, not very clean and very small with no space to put your clean clothes but the water is running 😀

The gym has a really good selection of equipment — you can definitely train all muscle groups very well here. A day pass costs 60,000, which is absolutely reasonable for what you get. Unfortunately, the staff was rather unfriendly and seemed unmotivated. Also, there are no plate racks, so many weight plates end up lying on the floor, which makes the training area feel a bit chaotic.

This gym is huge for what you pay - great value for money at 50k per entry. Has all the machines you will need plus more. It is quite warm so bring a sweat towel. There are multiple levels and plenty of space for your workout. It is a little dirty however one would expect this. There is a mini sauna to use as well and plenty of mirrors. Would come here again and recommend a stop for gym bros on a budget.

Massa‘s Fitness is a great gym if you’re staying in Ubud and want to keep up your training routine. It’s a more simple, no-frills gym, but it has everything you need for a solid workout — plenty of equipment and good options to train properly. There’s also a second floor that you might not notice at first, but I can definitely recommend checking it out — more space, some newer machines, and a nice area to train. The price is unbeatable, and I’m really happy I found this place during my stay.
