  I am a Pilates instructor from Korea, and I visited this studio while on vacation. The reason I come back every year is because this place truly makes me happy. I visited again this year after coming last year. I took a lesson with Nana, and she was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming. All of the staff members were also very friendly and warm. Doing Pilates here, surrounded by lush trees in the middle of the forest, allows you to fully connect with yourself. Nana is highly skilled and quickly recognizes the areas I find challenging, helping me with great care.🫶🫶 I also took a Gyrotonic session with Sook, and I loved it so much that I’m considering learning Gyrotonic when I return to Korea.

  Amazing studio, Super clean and had the most amazing session today with Pei. She truly checks your movements and teaches with so much passion and care. I felt super seen and supported as well as respected and she takes care of every student. The whole movement matters team is super kind and it’s really about movement and not about coolness or Instagram trends. You can enter at every level and they take care of your body mind and soul 💙💙💙💙

  I booked the 10 private sessions with Ray. I had several limitations across hips and back, couldn’t sit straight or touch my toes. The sessions were targeted to my needs and helped me build a safe progress. I can move with more freedom now and feel more confident to do acroyoga and other challenging practices Highly recommend

  I did 5 consecutive days of 1 on 1 training with Pei. The space is very well equipped, maintained and clean. It’s in a quiet part of Ubud that feels safe and homely. I learnt so much about my body and i felt really well guided every session. I was in good hands - you can just tell. Everyone is so lovely from the reception to instructors. Pricing is very reasonable considering what you are getting also. Highly recommended. Thank you everyone. See you soon i hope.
