You seriously can't imagine a more perfect location. We went to a restorative class here at the end of our holiday and it was truly picture perfect. Jungle like setting with a natural sound track of waterfalls, running water and birdlife. Our instructor, Indra, had the most soothing voice and this class was one of the highlights of our trip. I'm already planning next year's trip with classes here and at sister studio Intuitive Flow. An easy walk from most of the accommodation in Penestanan with lots of traditional warungs as well as Instagramable cafes nearby.
