Joining the 200-hour YTT at Soul Yoga was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It was truly a transformative journey. During my time here, I found a deeper connection with my soul, and I also met some of the most important teachers and friends on my yoga path. Every day, we practiced and studied for around 12 hours. Sandi and Sera are incredibly knowledgeable, emotionally intelligent, and compassionate teachers. They guided us beautifully into the world of yoga. We learned yoga philosophy, pranayama, asana, anatomy, yoga physiology, and, most importantly, the deeper wisdom of yoga and how to bring it into our lives. Beyond the classes, Sandi and Sera also took us to watch the sunset, listen to music, and enjoy sauna time together. These moments made the whole journey even more special. I made meaningful friendships here that I will always cherish. Three weeks can truly change a person’s habits and perspective. Even after completing the training, I still continue my regular p

When I chose Soul Yoga for my 200-hour YTT, I didn’t realize I was also choosing to spend a month surrounded by such loving, generous, and beautiful souls. It felt as though when Sandi and Sera opened their home as the training venue, they also opened their hearts to every student, welcoming us with genuine warmth and sharing part of their lives with us. The training itself was very well organized. A month before the course began, we received the PDF file of the textbook in advance, along with some pre-course homework. This gave us a basic understanding of yoga philosophy and even encouraged us to record ourselves teaching before the training started, so we could later reflect on how much we had grown throughout the course. The curriculum was thoughtfully designed, with daily pranayama, meditation, and yoga practice, combined with yoga philosophy, anatomy, hands-on adjustments, and teaching practice — all helping us feel more prepared and confident as future teachers. Beyond the tr

200 Hour YTT at Soul Yoga strengthened both my understanding and practice of yoga. I love how authentic the teachers, the space, and the students are — even the cats, who never fail to lighten the mood. Sandi and Sera are truly the heart of the program. They welcomed us and guided us, each of us starting from different points. We got to know them personally and culturally, and it was fascinating to learn about yoga in Bali from both local and international perspectives. The materials and delivery are thoughtfully designed to build a philosophical foundation while preparing us to begin teaching practice or deepen our practice. I also appreciated being able to ask for adjustments that supported my own physical limitations. Our batch was a great size, with students from diverse backgrounds. None of us had the exact same level of yoga ability, yet we remained supportive and positive throughout the entire training. We also get to interact with locals who offered their best services, such

I just finished my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Soul Yoga School and it was honestly one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had. What makes this place very different from many big commercial YTT programs is that it truly feels personal. The training takes place in the home of the founders, Sandi and Sera, and they literally open their home to the students. From the first day, we were treated more like friends and family than just participants in a course. That created a really warm, supportive environment for learning. You can tell that Sandi and Sera have put a lot of heart and thought into designing the curriculum. Of course we practiced yoga every day, but the training went far beyond just learning poses. They shared their personal journeys, experiences, and challenges, which helped us understand yoga not only on the mat but also as a way of living. I learned a lot about yoga philosophy, how to approach challenges in life, and what it really means to carry the spirit of yog
