This place exudes the warmth of family, a healthy body, and a strong spirit. The owner, Dennis, is the spirit of this place. A man who, at 75, is still rollerblading and ready to give back is admirable. This is a great place to have a great breakfast, exercise, and relax. There's even a place for kids. I definitely recommend visiting.

Just under 1.5mil - IDR ($140 Aud) for a one month pass - gym, pools, pool table, basketball court, skate park, sauna, ice bath, showers, pools, co working spaces, member only working space with Aircon, great kitchens, DJ's playing occasionally + plenty of up & downstairs seating with great lighting!! 😍 Dream gym & more! 😍 They let you borrow towels & basketballs etc. Just need to leave a key or soemthing - they give you a number or locker key and have a great system to keep track of people's belongings! Staff were so kind, taking a few moments to give me a full tour of the venue before I purchased my membership! 😍 (I was ready to pay, they insisted incase it wasn't what I hoped for! Really lovely!) I'll obviously be going back for the next month to train. But it's now a go-to when I'm in Bali! 😍

Beautiful place for a workout and to chill by the pool. Great menu - quality food and drink that’s well priced. The place had a nice family and community vibe - all ages and nationalities. When we were there it was mostly expats with only a few tourists. Sauna and cold plunge were really good. Gym equipment is good but the area way too small for how busy it gets. We were there from around 11am and it was jam packed. There’s little free space to skip, stretch, do abs etc. Lots of sun lounges, tables, bean bags to laze around on. Plenty of fun things to do throughout the day - basketball, pool table, fuse ball, ping pong. Play spaces for little kids too, including a skate park. Our family had a great day here.

Food was genuinely good fresh, well-presented, and packed with flavour. The dishes hit the mark and definitely saved the experience. That said… the entry experience needs work. The loud speakers blasting at the entrance are completely pointless when paired with a concierge greeting. You literally can’t hear a word they’re saying, and instead of feeling welcoming, it just ends up being annoying as hell. Either turn the volume down or ditch the greeting the combo doesn’t work. Overall, solid food and a nice vibe once you’re seated. Fix the entrance chaos and this place would be an easy upgrade to 5 stars.
