Review after training here for almost 30 days: There are 3 buildings here. One for Cardio and other two for Resistance Training, the equipment are old school but they still work pretty good. Some equipments are pretty good and some i didn't like at all For upper body equipments, they're pretty good. Training Chest & Back here will be efficient as there are plenty of options for it such as: Chest Supported T-Bar Row, Assisted Pullup/Dip Station(Adjustable), Smith Machine, Etc. For Delts & Arms there are cable stations for you can use for Cable Lateral Raise, Dual Cable Rear Delt Flye, Preacher Curl Equipment, Overhead Tricep Extensions, Etc. All are fantastic As for legs. I really enjoyed most of their equipment they have as there's only one equipment i didn't liked. Training quads can be easier done here such: V-Squat Machine, Smith Machine Squat, Barbell Squat, etc. For Hamstrings they have two Lying Leg Curl Machine, Romanian Deadlifts & Nordic Curl(If you get creative). No Calf

Very Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with this gym. The price was suddenly increased by 50%, jumping to 150,000 Indonesian Rupiah without any proper explanation or improvement in services. This kind of unexpected price hike is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for members. On top of that, the gym equipment is old, outdated, and poorly maintained. Many machines feel worn out and clearly haven’t been upgraded in years. For such a high price, I would expect modern equipment and better overall quality, but this gym offers neither.

This is a very decent gym. The equipment is quite dated, but it is kept very clean and maintained well. Which goes to show that we don't need the newest equipment all the time. Enough equipment there to cover most workouts. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cafe / Protein bar was good too. Overall, for the day pass price of 100,000IDR, I'd definitely recommend this gym to other tourists.

I'm not sure what people are complaining about in other reviews — this is a solid gym by Bali standards. Sure, they don’t have every single machine, but any real gym rat knows how to get creative. Better to have something than nothing, right? If you're on vacation and just want to stay active, this place is more than enough. It’s clean, there are showers, good ventilation, and they sell all kinds of supplements. I paid 300K for a weekly pass, which is a good deal in my opinion. Yes, it can get busy — but hey, we all want to train, don’t we? I truly believe that if we keep supporting this gym, they'll eventually be able to expand and add more equipment. Even just an extra cable machine and a few more benches would go a long way. With a bit of creativity, you'd be surprised at how far that can take you. If I were living here, I might go for a bigger gym, i think, but for a holiday workout spot? Totally worth it.
