  A few months ago, I started training here with absolutely no boxing experience, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the sport. From day one, everyone made me feel welcome and part of the team. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping you improve, no matter your skill level. What stands out the most, though, is the family-like atmosphere. It’s not just a boxing gym it’s a community of great people who support and motivate each other. Over the past few months, I’ve learned so much, had an amazing time, and grown to truly appreciate the gym, the staff, and all the coaches. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or already experienced.   I did 2 private sessions here and was absolutely unreal. Can recommend highly. I got very good technical coaching aftwr training in sydney, great atmosphere and very friendly coaches and atmosphere. Definitely come and train!!

  This is a very authentic Muay Thai gym. Might seem intimidating at first but the trainers are very nice, chill and welcoming. They are serious with their craft and techniques. I had intended to come for 1 session but came for another because I enjoyed myself. Shout out to Jay!

Cheers, Jangga 🤘🏼 03/07: Returned for a open mat session where I could just do my own thing and get a good workout. I arrived outside of the open mat hours which are between 1200-1500, but the owner was kind enough to let me get a season in. Overall: Great gym to visit ✅ Would recommend.
