What visitors say

I visited this gym only twice and was disappointed. Despite the high membership cost and its positioning as an elite facility, there is constant disorder - dumbbells are scattered everywhere, not in their designated places. I asked the staff to keep track of this, but nothing changed. Towels are missing in the mornings, even though the gym operates 24/7. Every time the same answer - “they are in the laundry.” For comparison - another branch of the same chain is cheaper, but it is always clean, dumbbells are in place, towels are available. The staff there actually maintains order. I paid for a six-month membership, but after just two visits I realized I did not want to come back. I asked for a refund - they refused. They promised to get in touch. I have been waiting for three days. Not recommended

I joined the gym today and unfortunately I have to say that I was quite disappointed with my first impression. Especially for a gym with this membership price, I expected a higher level of professionalism and more attention to the small details. In the weights area, I immediately noticed that many dumbbells were missing or not properly organised/put back in place, which makes training more inconvenient than it should be. I also think the hygiene in the ladies’ area could be improved — at this price point, I would expect basic hygiene items to be available and for the small details that make members feel comfortable to be taken care of. Unfortunately, my experience with some of the staff at the front desk today was also not very professional. One of the employees started doing her makeup at the desk in front of me, which did not give a professional impression. In general, the way some of the staff handled things and communicated was disappointing. The way one of the younger employees

The pool is nice but anything outside of that not so much. There is mold everywhere. Garbage all around the facilities around the downstairs workout area. Its lacking basic equipment like clocks for classes, weights for pilates or enough towels, mats or equipment in general. Much of the equipment is weird off brands that lack quality and not maintained. Things break and are not repaired for weeks or months. Some fans would also be nice. The astroturf is like needles and is painful and was wet and smelled like urine. The classes offerings are limited, all over the place with timing and generally unorganized. I cannot imagine how bad the mold will get during rainy season if its like this in the dry season. Horrible customer service I tried to speak with management and they just read my messages and ignored them. It took a month and probably 7 tries before finally getting a response. Is it cheap yes but who wants to workout surrounded with mold and the stench of sewage and garbage. Peopl

Hello, First of all, I’d like to say that I really enjoy being a member here and appreciate the facilities and atmosphere that the gym provides. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding member behavior in the training area. Recently, I have noticed a growing number of new members training without shirts and, in some cases without proper footwear. They usually speak Russian. Personally, I find this quite uncomfortable, and after discussing it with several other members, it seems that many of them feel the same way. I understand that there may already be rules in place regarding appropriate gym attire, but it appears that these rules are not being consistently enforced. I have also noticed some members repeatedly dropping or slamming equipment, which can create safety concerns and may damage the equipment over time. I’m sharing this feedback because I value the gym and would like to see a comfortable and respectful environment maintained for all members. I believe a clea
