Amy is an outstanding instructor, her energy is infectious, her encouragement is constant, and her sense of humour instantly puts you at ease. The class was perfectly structured with great variety, excellent music, and clear guidance throughout. She made the whole experience feel challenging yet comfortable and inclusive at the same time. You can tell Amy genuinely cares about her clients and creates such a positive, supportive atmosphere. I left feeling strong, uplifted, and already looking forward to coming back to Bali to go to the next class. 10/10 highly recommend.

  One of the best client experience I have ever had. From the reception staff, to the pilates instructor, to the owner. Left the studio feeling amazing mentally and physically. The whole team has been so welcoming. Rama P body blast class was 10/10. It’s a stunning wellness space. A lot of natural light in the studio, great equipment and beautiful aesthetic interior.

  Had a wonderful session with Fenna for an all-level reformer class! After a month-long break, I was feeling a bit meh, but Fenna was so encouraging and really motivated me to find my rhythm again. The studio itself is easily one of the most gorgeous in Uluwatu. It’s incredibly clean and spacious. I love that the machines are spaced out properly so you never feel cramped or too close to your neighbors. My only tiny note was that the cold towel had a bit of a strange scent, but everything else was flawless. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back to try other classes!

  The best Pilates studio I’ve been to - across both Australia and Bali!!! The reception staff are so friendly, and the studio decor is so cute. Huge shout out to Sammy who is a killer Pilates instructor, he knows how to push your limits and encourage you at the same time. The 3 day intro package makes it super affordable, especially when on holiday. I wish I could bring the studio back home with me! If you’re in Uluwatu and want to sweat it out, highly recommend this studio 🤎
