I've joines four of Liza's classes and each classes has been such beautiful experience. Her flow feel so natural, nourishing, both grounding and uplifting .what truly stand out is how genuine, happy energy also authentic she is.you feel her heart in every class ,hold the space with care make everyone feel seen. I always leave her classes feeling more connected open and truly grateful.really recommended ...the istana itself is amazing.

I took the slow morning flow class yesterday with Mia and it was the perfect start to my morning! She was so personable and attentive while guiding the class. I am by no means an expert yogi and felt like this class could be enjoyed by all experience levels. I can't wait to come back!

I never knew I wanted to be a yoga teacher - I was originally drawn to this school because of the amazing teachers. The location is the icing. This experience was life changing! Just finished a little over a week ago, and still orbiting in another dimension. I taught my first yoga class post training! It really felt good! It wasn’t planned, made it up on the spot…and my student had never tried yoga before…. Never. He is 75 years old. I designed a gentle series of poses to open; twist and elongate the spine. He said it felt great… that he felt “in his body” for the first time in ages. He realized he had been using it as a vehicle without giving it any attention. He came back for more the next day! Good sign! I did a loving kindness mediation at the end, and his entire demeanor changed for the rest of the day. What we have learned, and the potential impact it can have is so powerful. Feeling grateful! 🙏🏽. Thank you Aylan, Adam, Alyona and Krishna. Thank you thank you

Very average yoga class. The view is stunning, they also offer food up top, but the place is a bit pretentious
