    Comfortable gym with A/C and plenty of high-quality branded equipment. The most notable downside is that, although the gym is one of the nicest and highest rated in the area, and even features showers, hairdryers and a sauna, it doesn't have a water dispenser. This is shocking considering even most of the rundown gyms in Indonesia have one, especially as hydration is so important in such a hot climate as in Yogyakarta. The gym is also very popular, which equates to a lot of waiting during peak times, so it's recommended to visit in the morning. It also has a women-only gym upstairs, but women are also allowed to work out in the downstairs gym, which leads to overcrowding downstairs. In my opinion, it would be more practical to make both areas available for everyone, but convert the upstairs area into the cardio section to allow for more resistance machines downstairs. This would solve a lot of problems since there seems to be only one of each machine, and busy gyms really need seve
