  i came to this dental clinic, but i wasn’t planning to get treatment right away. i just wanted to consult and explore the best options for my teeth, which had previously undergone a direct composite filling. first of all, i was quite disappointed when i went to their first branch, where i was only able to consult with a dental assistant. then, i had to go to another branch where a dentist was available, and because the details weren’t properly explained to me at the first clinic, i was left confused with the options they provided. when i met with the dentist at their second clinic, i was shocked that they immediately started the treatment without a proper consultation. i wasn’t even given a chance to ask about the procedure or the cost; they just told me to lie down on the dentist’s chair. i was initially against the treatment they proposed, which was an internal bleaching, because i preferred to have a crown instead. but the dentist went ahead with the procedure without really giving
