  Bad hospitality, the reason I came to hospital definetely for get emergency help, but just because I was using BPJS-, they didn't consider patient condition and said all was normal. Come on, I came there for emergency help not for joking around about my condition. For all nurse and IGD doctors', we are human and equal, please politely talk with the patient. Not all patient don't understand emergency help procedure, because we know, we came there for help.
