  I have very thin and difficult veins—they often collapse or “run away,” making blood draws and IVs challenging. However, the nurses here were so experienced that they got it right on the very first attempt without needing a second try. The doctors were highly competent, quickly diagnosed my condition, and started the IV treatment immediately. The atmosphere in the clinic was warm, welcoming, and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic.

  Got nervous after having a run in with a dog bite here in Bali and received amazing service here. I felt safe, looked after and the team was so comforting and trusting. I saw doctor Nita and she was amazing! Also was served by nurses Milla, dinda, mita and apti. Would definitely recommend this place. I was nervous to come as I was worried it may be unsafe since I am from Australia and unfamiliar with this country but it was great!

  My dentist was very understanding of my nervousness and was able to talk me through everything. She was very gentle with my teeth clean and would frequently check in to see if I was okay. Very good value and I felt in safe hands. The practice may not look modern but all the equipment is up to date and very clean.

  Absolutely helpful services. Two nurses and one doctor came to my house. They checked on all our symptoms, recommended the treatment without selling unnecessary products. Everything was very professional and caring. Highly recommend if you are not feeling well to book their services for an IV drip
