  I visited this clinic after my ears became blocked and uncomfortable following a swim. As I was flying home the next day, I was a bit worried and wanted to get them checked as soon as possible. A local friend recommended Lipah Medical Center, saying it was one of the first clinics in Amed and had been caring for both locals and travellers for many years. It was also very close to where I was staying. The doctor was kind and thorough, and quickly found that a build up of earwax was causing the problem. After the cleaning procedure, I felt immediate relief and could hear clearly again. It was such a relief, especially with a flight the next day. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Thank you to the whole team for your help. I would happily recommend this clinic to anyone visiting Amed, especially if you’re dealing with blocked ears like I was! Thanks dr.suwena,you very good doctor!!

  I’m really glad I found this clinic in Amed, especially since the area is still developing and it’s not always easy to find a reliable medical clinic nearby. After swimming, I started having ear pain along with a cough. At first, I tried to ignore it, but when it got worse, I decided to get checked out here. You can easily contact the clinic through WhatsApp or just walk in. When I arrived, the staff asked for my passport and medical details and did a quick check of my vital signs. I was treated by Dr. Suwena and a nurse named Eka, and both were super kind and professional. If you have travel insurance, they also explain the whole process clearly before treatment. Honestly, I was impressed by how organized and smooth everything was, especially for a clinic in a smaller place like Amed. I only waited a few minutes before seeing the doctor. The check-up was thorough, and the doctor explained everything clearly in excellent English. What I appreciated most was how transparent they were

  Overall excellent facility and GP. Be prepared for a significant cost but you’ll get what you pay for. The admin/nursing staff are friendly and speak basic English. You’ll need to bring your passport, you’ll have basic obs taken and see the doctor fairly quickly. The doctor speaks excellent English and seems confident particularly for infections. You’ll receive medications there but as an example of costs a consult with only one type of antibiotics dispensed was just over 1million rupiah. A prior consultation with 4x medications prescribed was approximately 1.7 million. I think it’s very reasonably priced, just included to give readers an idea of what to expect. Facility was extremely clean. Communication via WhatsApp was good.

  Since I had a the most worst treatment and a window dressing feedback from this team.I have to write down this comments for people who will notice it.Seriously considering about my experience,then chose if u will trust this private clinic. FIRST OF ALL,I was recommended by local people cuz people usually come to see doctor here,but just recommend maybe they are not familiar with their details about services,equipments,treatments,anyway,i chosen here cuz I trust local people and then had a try. Secondly,the charge of checking my ear problem,is 499,000Rp. Thirdly,their equipment just the mirror only limited to watching your outside ear can’t see more deeper even middle ear. So,the drama is,in the morning,the doctor gave me the feedback that my ear had No Infection ,just earwax and tympanic membrane retraction.I took his advice to clean my ear . The problem is that he put injector inside my ear, which worked so strong and I said painful pls stop ,it getting even stronger and expanding my
