  Thank you for such amazing service. Special thanks for my Gynecologist dr. Ketut Rama Wijaya Sp.OG, the staff and all the nurses team. You guys really did a great job.

  I can say that this is the most decent hospital in Balikpapan with a wide place and a clean one at that, good facility for patient that sleep there and has many room for them, but the downside is the hospital too short on staff which makes so many patient wait too long mostly on the administration matter.

  Poliklinik Emergency all thats serve. Its good service 24 hours people standby here.

  the worst public service in town. ER staf are impolite and harsh (at least 2 of 4 persons i met), the security is busy with his phone rather than to do his job (the on in main entrance in my experience). The only reason people come here is the facility is recommended by government health insurance (BPJS). Would give minus rating if possible.
