    I visited this place to get a meningitis vaccine in preparation for my Umrah trip. From the outside, it seemed quiet, but I was surprised to find it quite crowded inside. The waiting area for the meningitis vaccine on the second floor was spacious, bright, and clean. However, the women's restroom could use some improvements. The doctors and nurses provided very friendly service, and the vaccine cost was affordable. Parking was spacious, but ongoing renovations during my visit slightly disrupted activities.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Klinik Ibnu Sina. There were many patients waiting to see the doctor, but unfortunately there was only one doctor available. I was informed that the doctor had to leave for an emergency surgery. While I understand that emergencies can happen, the clinic should have managed the situation better and informed patients earlier. Because of this, the queue was extremely long. I waited for almost 5 hours just for an ultrasound (USG) examination. There was no clear information or proper updates from the staff regarding the waiting time. Many patients were frustrated, but we were simply told to keep waiting. The clinic needs better scheduling, more doctors on duty, and improved communication with patients. Patients’ time should be respected.

    I usually come to this clinic when I’m sick, but this time was really disappointing. I’ve always gotten a medical certificate before for the same stomach issues, but today the doctor refused and said it didn’t meet the requirements. I waited in a super long queue just to get a sick note, and in the end I left with nothing at all. After wasting so much time, I still didn’t get the letter, and now my salary will be cut because of it. Really frustrating and such a bad experience 🙄🙄
